By downloading, installing, or using the Dualis application ("Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you should not use the application.

2. Purpose of the Application

Dualis is a platform designed to foster friendships and serious relationships among people in the Christian community. All users are expected to maintain respectful conduct aligned with Christian values.

3. Eligibility

To use Dualis, you must be at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity. By creating an account, you declare and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Post offensive, defamatory, obscene content, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Harass, intimidate, or stalk other users.
• Create fake profiles or impersonate someone else.

5. Security and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your data. We recommend caution when sharing personal information with other users.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly through the app settings. If you no longer have access to the app, deletion can be requested remotely by sending an email to dualis.love.app@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion", using the same email address from the original registration. The request will be processed within 7 business days.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice.
