How to request deletion
Dualis values your privacy and offers full control over your data. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, follow the steps below:

Send your request
Click the button below or send an email directly to dualis.love.app@gmail.com.

Identification
In the email subject, write "Account Deletion". In the body, provide the email address associated with your account on the application.

Confirmation
Our team will process your request and permanently remove your data within 7 business days.
Which data gets deleted?
Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
- Profile information (name, bio, age, denomination)
- Uploaded photos and images
- Message and chat history
- Match and like history
- Location data and preferences
Data Retention
Some data may be retained temporarily or permanently only when required by law or for legitimate security purposes:
- Access Logs: Connection records (IP, date and time) are kept for the legal period required.
- Security: Data associated with banned accounts due to terms violation might be kept to prevent new unallowed accounts from being created.
